Public Records Request

To facilitate processing your request for copies of public records, SCAG encourages you to use the electronic form which will be submitted directly to the Clerk of the Board. Any discloseable public records in the possession of SCAG shall be made available upon payment in advance of the costs of duplication, pursuant to the California Public Records Act, California Government Code Section 6250 et seq. If you seek access to view the requested records, please contact the Clerk of the Board to make arrangements for such review during regular business hours. Alternatively, you may request public records in person, via post or by email.
